- Once your piece is completed, it undergoes a quality inspection, varnishing, and secure packing before dispatch.

- We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, and ParcelForce Worldwide, depending on the artwork size and destination.
- All parcels are tracked and insured; tracking numbers are emailed once your order is dispatched.
- Deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.
π§± Packaging Standards
- Every artwork is professionally packed with multiple layers of protection: acid-free paper, bubble wrap, reinforced corners, and double-walled cartons.
- Large framed or glass-covered artworks are shipped in custom wooden crates for maximum protection.
- Rolled canvas paintings are sent in hard-core cardboard tubes with internal padding to prevent bending.
πΈ Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
- UK orders above a specific threshold (e.g., Β£300) may qualify for free insured shipping.
- For international orders, customers are responsible for import duties or taxes levied by their country.
β οΈ Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
- If your parcel is delayed, we will liaise with the courier to resolve it promptly.
- Claims for lost packages can only be made 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
- If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the outer packaging and artwork immediately and contact us within 48 hours.
- Once verified, weβll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

- You may provide a preferred delivery address or special handling note at checkout (e.g., βLeave at front deskβ).
- However, once dispatched, changes to address or redirection must be arranged with the courier directly.
