DISPATCH & SHIPPING TIMES
All print orders are made to order. Please allow 7-10 working days for them to be made and posted.
Once your order has been made and dispatched, please allow the following time for postage:
- UK - 1-2 working days
- Ireland - 2-3 working days
- Europe - 2-5 working days
- US - 2-5 working days
- Rest of the World - 2 - 5 working days
ADDRESS
When ordering, please ensure that the address on your confirmation email is correct. We cannot accept any responsibility for delivery if the incorrect address is provided. If you notice a mistake on your order, please get in touch with the studio immediately via hello@riddhibenani.com, quoting your order number, the incorrect address and where you would like the order shipping.
Providing that it has not yet already been dispatched, we will be able to make the necessary changes.
RETURNS
Prints - I work hard to create high quality products, however if for any reason you're not happy with your order, please get in touch with me within 48 hours of receiving your order via hello@riddhibenani.com. I will give you details of how to return the item(s) for either an exchange or refund. Items must be returned in a saleable condition within the packaging they arrived in.
