Each goddess portrait carries emotional, cultural, and spiritual significance. We understand that purchasing art is a deeply personal experience, and your satisfaction matters greatly to us. We aim to ensure every piece you receive embodies the devotion and craftsmanship you expect.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • You must inform us within 3 business days of receiving your artwork by emailing support@riddhibenani.com with clear photos and order details.
  • Unauthorized or delayed return requests (beyond 3 days) may not be eligible.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom commissions or personalized paintings (including deity choice, name inscriptions, or color modifications) are non-refundable once the creation process begins.
  • Digital downloads, gift cards, and sale items are also non-returnable.
  • Paintings altered, framed, or damaged by the customer cannot be accepted for return.

🔁 Return Process

  1. Contact Us – Send a detailed email with your order ID, reason for return, and photos.
  2. Approval & Instructions – Once verified, we’ll provide a return authorization and shipping address.
  3. Return Shipping – Items must be sent back within 7 business days of approval, using a tracked and insured courier.
  4. Inspection & Refund – Upon receiving the artwork in its original condition and packaging, we’ll initiate a refund to your original payment method.

📦 Return Packaging Guidelines

  • Use the original protective materials (or equivalent) to prevent damage in transit.
  • Include the Certificate of Authenticity and any accessories received.
  • We recommend insured shipping, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged in return transit.

💵 Refund Details

  • Refunds are processed within 7 – 10 business days after receipt and verification.
  • Shipping fees and import taxes are non-refundable, except in cases of error on our part.
  • International refunds may take longer depending on currency conversion and bank processing times.

💫 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are offered only for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
  • If the same artwork is unavailable (e.g., one-of-a-kind piece), we may offer a replacement of equal value or a credit voucher.

🎨 Restoration or Repair Assistance

  • For customers who accidentally damage an artwork after purchase, we may offer restoration services at reasonable cost (depending on damage type and location).
  • This option is subject to assessment and availability of materials.
